AG HeadHunters is a consulting firm focused on recruiting and retention services for agriculture. We understand the complexities of finding, landing, and keeping talented employees; it is the greatest challenge and highest on-going cost of every company. Our mission is to assist our clients in effectively hiring critical employees that stay and remain engaged. We also teach employers and candidates alike the proper skills to utilize throughout the attracting, hiring, onboarding and retaining phases.
AG HeadHunters was founded on a dedication to attracting top talent to client companies participating some way within agriculture. That is a broad descriptor of our segmentation, no doubt. Considering the many industries whose products are grown and then manipulated to create foods, medicines, textiles, building materials, and biofuels--the impact ag has is unmatched. Agriculture at its root is and always will be essential. The core of our business is project-based search initiatives that are key to a particular client company’s cycle. Our focus is to help clients successfully develop and manage key employee attraction and retention-based projects.
Continual improvement around the talent acquisition and development processes drives what we call the Cultural Flywheel. That flywheel has three parts: Attract, Invest, and Champion.
